2Main activities of the project:

  •  SETTING UP OF THE STAKEHOLDERS’ COMMITTEE (SC) in UA (20 participants), AZ and GE (15 participants). There will be 3 meetings of the SC. The role of the SC will be to take active part in the process and support the Clubs of Youth Entrepreneurs (CYE)s, allowing to establish more contact with policy makers and professional form the business sector.
  •  TRAINING AND PREPARATION OF MENTORS. Objective: to allow youth workers from UA, AZ and GE to acquire mentorship skills as well as knowledge, methods and tools to support rural youth and young entrepreneurs. There will be a 5-day mobility in Perugia (Italy) and a 5-day mobility in Lodz (Lowicz) (Poland). The Mobility of Youth Workers (MYW) will include NFE methods (round tables, case-studies, role-play etc.) and study visits to meet and discuss with youth entrepreneurs.
  •  ONLINE TRAINING FOR MENTORS AND YOUNG PEOPLE. Objective: to promote entrepreneurship education and equip mentors and young people with necessary tools to develop entrepreneurship skills through online training. The online training content will be created and developed by experts from Italy, Poland together with ALDA. The experts will record a total of 150 minutes videos in English, thus stimulating youngsters to learn English. The content will also be provided with subtitles in UA, AZ and GE to guarantee access to a wider public.
  •  CREATION OF CLUBS OF YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS in UA, AZ and GE. Objective: to raise awareness about entrepreneurship education and establish networks of young people/young entrepreneurs from rural areas to exchange knowledge and good practices. CYE will be based on supporting creative youth in developing entrepreneurial potential and ideas through non-formal learning, hands-on experience and innovative approaches to entrepreneurship education.
  •  YOUTH EXCHANGE. Objective: to learn from the EU experience and to launch a dialogue between rural youth from EU and EaP countries for sharing experience and communication. This includes a youth exchange in Italy and Poland. The YE will be based on NFE approach through: icebreakers, brainstorming activities, role-play, activities enhancing creativity, reflection groups etc. It will include study visits and facilitate discussions with local young entrepreneurs.
  •  LAUNCH OF THE PROJECT WEBSITE. It will be a universal 4 languages platform for contact between project participants from Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Georgia. The web-platform is an innovative regional learning model that will be adapted (for using it with cell-phones) and aimed at rural youth (a category that has limited access to ICT and other nonformal education methods and tools). It will be visible for all interested parties, but the trainings and tool will be available for mentors and young people after the process of registration, thus allowing access to content for young people not involved in the project.
  •  PARTICIPATION IN EUWRC OPEN DAYS 2019 – ORGANISATION OF A SEMINAR.
  •  FINAL CONFERENCE IN VICENZA, ITALY.
  •  FINAL EVENT IN UKRAINE (75 participants).
  •  FINAL EVENT IN GEORGIA (65 participants).
  •  FINAL EVENT IN AZERBAIJAN (70 participants).
